When you sign in with Google, we may receive and use information such as:

App and Account Data

We may store information related to your account and use of Promt Beta, such as:

• Account creation information
• App-related preferences
• User-created or user-related content where applicable
• Other information necessary to provide app features

Notification Information

If you allow notifications, Promt Beta may use notification services, including OneSignal, to send app-related notifications. Notification-related identifiers may be processed by the notification service.

Images and Media

If you choose to use features that allow you to select or upload images or other media, the app may access only the media you choose to provide for that feature.

App Preferences

We may store preferences such as your selected Light or Dark theme on your device.

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through Promt Beta. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

5. Data Sharing

We may share information with trusted service providers only when necessary to operate and provide the app, such as authentication, cloud database, and notification services.

6. Your Choices

• Choose whether to sign in with Google
• Manage notification permissions through your device settings
• Change your Light/Dark theme preference
• Log out of your account

Logging out does not necessarily delete your account or data stored by third-party services.

7. Account and Data Deletion Request

Users of Promt Beta have full control over their personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion:

• In-App Method: Go to Profile / Settings in the Promt Beta app and tap "Delete Account".
• Email Method: Send an account deletion request directly to our developer team at the email below. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and mention your registered email address.

What Data is Deleted:

Upon processing your request, the following personal data associated with your account will be permanently erased:

• Your account profile (Name, Email ID, Google User Identifier)
• Saved preferences, referrals, and app history
• Notification tokens associated with your device

Data Retention & Processing Time:

Account deletion requests sent via email are processed within 7 to 14 business days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
